Years later, the message and impact of the Four Seasons Concertoa project remain highly relevant. Implemented in 2020, the project stood out as a comprehensive Erasmus+ Youth Exchange aimed at strengthening the role of young people in tackling climate change and increasing environmental awareness.
Throughout the project, participants explored the effects of global warming on everyday life and discussed the importance of environmentally responsible behavior. Key topics included reducing water consumption, limiting the use of fossil fuels, promoting renewable energy sources, and encouraging greater individual responsibility for environmental protection.
By designing and building renewable energy models, participants gained a closer understanding of sustainable energy solutions. They also examined the social and economic consequences of environmental challenges, discovering that the climate crisis is not only an environmental issue but also a global challenge that affects societies worldwide.
The project provided a valuable platform for young people from different countries to share experiences and perspectives. While strengthening intercultural dialogue, it also promoted the values of solidarity, inclusion, and active citizenship. Four Seasons Concertoa remains a meaningful learning experience that helped young people become more aware of environmental issues and encouraged them to take part in developing solutions for a more sustainable future.
