Our association was established in 2014 under the name of ASOCIATIA ZİFT  EDUCATIE Sİ SPORT in order to find a solution to the question of what we can do in the field of education and sports and how we can contribute to the development of young people. Our association was founded by 4 university friends who are educational volunteers.

We work together with our volunteer members who work voluntarily on issues concerning the society in the field of education and sports, who do serious work, especially in education, and who care about the entrepreneurial dimension while looking for solutions to the problems of individuals. Those who like to research and develop themselves. Our group, the foundations of which were laid in 2014, is developing day by day, adding new members to its body and taking part in various projects. In 2020, it became an association and started to carry out its activities under the roof of our association.

Our association has made its presence known in a short time before the relevant institutions and organizations of our country through various press organizations and announcements. Our association, which acts with the slogan "Help people, make the world beautiful", also works in the field of sports. By offering new opportunities in sports, we support individuals who turn to this field and try to produce quality solutions and new perspectives to their problems.

The aims of our association;

 

• To improve the current education standards of our country,

• To produce permanent solutions to the problems of the youth and other individuals in the society,

• To raise awareness of all segments of the society,

• To ensure their active and full participation in all areas of life. 

 

In the meantime, we are trying to support young people in the field of education and sports, to change their social lives positively, and to find new and high-quality solutions to their problems. We adopt an integrative and inclusive approach to determine and implement these goals, and to produce and implement solutions according to the needs of groups. We create a pioneering model with the projects we realize and the values we create.

 

As an association, we believe that every child and young person has the right to be loved and understood, to have adequate nutrition and to live in a healthy environment, to benefit from play and entertainment opportunities, to receive a modern education and to develop. We take ownership of their talents and carry out our activities in this direction.

Our mission:

Our association is aware that it is important to develop each individual, who are the architects of the future, in social, cultural, educational and sports fields. Building their future depends on establishing a decent family life, as children who grow up in a safe and happy environment will always have hope in their lives. Now let's consider the opposite scenario. How can the future of a child who thinks he started life against 1-0 fail to develop a sense of trust?Being raised in violence and without love be built with hope? How can a generation which has given up on themselves protect their future?

 

Surely, for children growing up under these conditions, the process of adulthood is both oppressive to themselves and society. With this awareness, our association aims to identify the problems that young people and other individuals in society have experienced in the field of education and sports, to solve these problems, and support them for a better future. Acting in line with this purpose, it desires to reach its goals in a stable manner.

Our vision can be summarised as:

Progress of a society, increase in its level of welfare and proper foundation of its future is only possible by the growing of healthy and hard-working generations. In order for healthy generations to grow, it is essential that the children have enough love, self-confidence, and be supported during their physical, spiritual and social development. From this perspective, our vision is;

• To develop the social relations of young people,

• Raising healthy individuals with their own goals and objectives,

• To keep people away from crime and harmful habits by raising the level of education,

• To increase social responsibility projects in the field of Education and Sports,

Our work in education is centered around providing practical and sustainable solutions to the challenges young people face, while also addressing broader societal issues.

We have been involved in creating educational resources and opportunities that cater to the diverse needs of young people, empowering them to build their future with confidence. In addition, nour association plays an active role in various social responsibility projects, emphasizing the role of education in preventing crime, reducing harmful habits, and fostering social inclusion. By integrating education with sports and other social activities, we provide young individuals with well-rounded opportunities to develop their potential and contribute positively to their communities.

As part of our commitment to educational excellence, we have successfully implemented a Erasmus+ project,A World Without Shelters (ROMANIA-2021-1-RO01-KA152-YOU-000003677), which allowed us to collaborate with international partners to exchange knowledge and best practices in the field of education. Through this project, we have gained valuable experience, deepened our understanding of educational challenges, and developed effective solutions on a global scale.
