Four Seasons Concertoa: Young People’s Common Voice Against Climate Change

Implemented in 2020 with our association as one of the project partners, the Four Seasons Concertoa (2020-2-PT02-KA105-007169) Erasmus+ Youth Exchange was an important international initiative aimed at raising young people’s awareness of climate change and global warming.

Hosted in Portugal, the project brought together young participants from different countries to explore the causes, consequences, and possible solutions to global warming through a variety of educational sessions, workshops, and practical activities. Through informative discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of the impact of the climate crisis on the environment, human health, and ecosystems, while experimental and creative group activities allowed them to examine the issue from different perspectives.

Among the project’s most notable activities were renewable energy model-building workshops, storytelling exercises focused on the effects of global warming, and environmental observation visits. Participants not only analyzed environmental challenges but also developed ideas for promoting sustainable lifestyles and adopted a solution-oriented approach to tackling climate issues.

By bringing together young people from diverse cultural backgrounds around a common purpose, Four Seasons Concertoa contributed to strengthening environmental awareness and encouraging youth to become more active and responsible actors in addressing global challenges.
