Although ergotherapy has long been recognized internationally, awareness of the profession remains limited in many countries. The Erasmus+ Youth Mobility project "Catch The Rhythm With Ergotherapy, Understand Life!" addressed this challenge by introducing young people to the value and future potential of occupational therapy through practical learning experiences.

Representing Zift Educație și Sport, participants explored how creative arts can support rehabilitation, mental well-being, and social participation for people of all ages and abilities. Activities demonstrated that art is much more than a creative hobby, it can also be an effective therapeutic method that helps individuals process emotions, develop motor skills, and improve communication.

The project emphasized that people with special needs require different educational approaches and individualized support. By integrating artistic methods into learning environments, participants discovered innovative ways to encourage independence, self-confidence, and lifelong learning.

The international exchange strengthened cooperation among partner organizations while inspiring young people to promote awareness of ergotherapy and inclusive education within their own communities.
