The Erasmus+ Youth Mobility project "Catch The Rhythm With Ergotherapy, Understand Life!" illustrated how international youth exchanges can address social challenges through creativity, education, and collaboration. Zift Educație și Sport worked alongside partner organizations from across Europe to create meaningful learning experiences focused on inclusion and well-being.
During the project, participants took responsibility in a variety of artistic activities, including drama, dancing, drawing, sculpture, and creative storytelling. These experiences encouraged teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving while demonstrating the therapeutic value of artistic expression.
A major objective of the project was to encourage lifelong engagement with the arts, motivating participants to continue creative activities after returning home. At the same time, the project promoted volunteering, intercultural dialogue, equal participation, and greater understanding of the needs of disadvantaged groups.
Through Erasmus+, the project showed that art can become a universal language that connects cultures, empowers young people, and supports the creation of more inclusive, accessible, and resilient communities throughout Europe.
