Zift Educație și Sport successfully participated in the Erasmus+ Youth Mobility project "Catch The Rhythm With Ergotherapy, Understand Life!" (Project No: 2020-3-HU01-KA105-093808), bringing together young people from Hungary, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, and Türkiye to explore the powerful connection between art, inclusion, and health.

The project was developed to raise awareness of ergotherapy (occupational therapy), a growing healthcare discipline that supports individuals in overcoming physical, emotional, and social challenges through meaningful activities. By combining creative methods such as painting, sculpture, drama, dance, storytelling, and other artistic practices, participants experienced how art can become an effective tool for rehabilitation, self-expression, and personal development.

Throughout the mobility, young people gained a deeper understanding of social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and the importance of equal opportunities. Special attention was given to the participation of young people with fewer opportunities, ensuring that everyone could contribute equally while developing creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills.

As an Erasmus+ Youth Mobility initiative, the project demonstrated how international cooperation can strengthen both professional awareness and active citizenship while encouraging young people to use creativity to build a more inclusive society.
